Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

A luxury barn conversion with modern amenities, private Jacuzzi hot tub, patio garden, wood burner set on a tranquil 35 acre small holding within 2 miles of the scenic coast of Cardigan Bay. An enclosed patio garden and a dedicated exercise paddock for dogs (two well behaved dog welcome). All ensuite bedrooms with large walk in showers. One bedroom has an oak king size bed and the other super king (or singles on request). No children except babes in arms.
