This 4 star rated apartment occupies almost the whole of the ground floor of building A in the prestigious Pistes du Soleil building in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It has the benefit of a large south facing terrace protected by well established hedge that looks out across to the slopes. The slopes are located accross from the apt with the Chatelet and Floria chairlifts a mere 200m away. It has under-floor heating and extra convector heaters in every room. The accommodation of 100m², comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and last one with a set of bunks plus a 1 single bed. There are 2 oversized shower rooms and 1 bathroom that has a washing machine and dryer as well as 3 toilets. There is a large open plan room with sitting room, dining room and kitchen all beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas and quality furniture. The dining table extends to seat up to 16 people and there is ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has a full oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven together with a selection of other appliances. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided in laundry area tucked away behind a cupboard. There is a TV/DVD which receives British programmes, a CD player and broadband Internet access (wifi). There is garden furniture on the terrace and you will be able to eat outside even during the winter . The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)! These are to make your holidays that much more relaxing. Cots (no linen) and high chairs are available on request. The change-over day is Sunday. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (2 pers.), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). Logement parfait pour un couple en découverte du Jura ! La communication avec Nolwenn est top ! Nous sommes très satisfaits du logement avec sa jolie décoration 😄 Seul petit bémol, il y avait un peu de passage sur la route en contrebas pendant la journée, probablement dû aux vacances scolaires mais cela n’a pas entravé notre repos d’autant plus que les nuits étaient parfaitement calmes ! Bien situé pour de chouettes randos et pour découvrir un petit bout de la Suisse. Merci Nolwenn 🤗

Un bon séjour dans ce logement propre et bien équipé. L'immeuble est accueillant, malgré les travaux en cours nous n'avons pas été dérangé car l’échafaudage était bas et n'atteignais pas le deuxième étage au moment du séjour. Arrivée et départ autonome, gare facilement accessible à pied, courses à 5 minutes de l'appartement à pied. Nous recommandons !

On a passé un excellent séjour chez Franck La proximité du logement du centre ville et lac Lemon est un vrai atout. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel or mis le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas mais ça nous a pas vraiment dérangé vu qu’on a de la 5G sur nos appareils. Je recommande Franck et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir chez lui si on passe à thonon Merci

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Sébastien, ce logement était parfait pour notre famille. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, Sébastien est un hôte très réactif. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans cette belle région et nous avons envie de revenir visiter le jura à une autre saison.
