Sandra was delightful, friendly, and very personable. She had great recommendations for local spots based on our itinerary for the day, and gave us lots of local tips. Her place felt safe, and she had lots of thoughtful touches like snacks, drinks, books, and good shampoos and soaps! I would stay there again :)

The surrounding were beautiful and very peaceful. We went for lots of walks and always had wildlife to enjoy. The birds were always singing and the owl was very active. The dogs were a wonderful greeting party. We would highly rate this as a place to stay especially if you want to get away from it all. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Felt right at home. We will stay here again.

Nice converted basement. Everything I needed during my business trip. Close to restaurants and amenities. A heated kitchen floor was a nice addition. Full laundry setup was very convenient. Would stay again.

Cornelia was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The ocean views were fantastic in every room. The building was very modern, clean, and homely. We had a wonderful time staying with Cornelia and could not recommend their property enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation Cornelia!

My fiancé and I stayed at Fred's place for a week and it was spectacular! Fred was extremely helpful with local recommendations for places to see and eat. The place was nice and quiet at night and we loved the absolutely stunning views from the balcony. We enjoyed having many glasses of wine and just sitting watching the sun set and hummingbirds buzzing around the feeder that Fred provided (and topped up each day). Upon arrival Fred provided the most thorough tour/introduction to the place and it's amenities I have ever experienced while staying at an air bnb. If I could give this place more than 5/5 I would! Many thanks again Fred, we would love to come back again one day.

We needed a place last minute for our friends visiting from New Zealand while visiting port alberni. Jeff had the place ready in an hour, he saved the day. Very grateful can’t wait to stay again!

My overall experience with my stay at Hatty’s Rooms on Railway was absolutely excellent. The entire living space was beautiful, peaceful and very spacious. I felt very welcomed when I first walked into the space as it felt like a home away from home. Thank you Hatty and Rick for everything! You guys went above an beyond and I’ll definitely be coming ba k to stay again at their location.

This cute, modern condo was quiet and comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. It was a great spot to stay if you are exploring Nanaimo and the surrounding area, or even all of Vancouver Island, as we found it to be a central location. We were travelling with our little dog and there were many trails and walking paths, for walks within the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was large and has all your basic needs. Colin was a friendly, responsive host and checkin and out was easy. We would highly recommend Colin's place. We will return again.

The place is nice from multiple aspects, logically set up kitchen, well equipped with everything you may need for either short or longer stay. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the foyer. Bathroom has very good and thick cotton towels. The entire place’s finish is of very good craftsmanship. Amazing grocery store is three minutes away that adds up to the comfort of the stay. Definitely will come back if we are again at Vancouver Island.

A lovely oasis, and within driving distance to Coombs and Parksville. The cottage itself has very cute, clean, quiet, and well-stocked.

This place is a little piece of paradise. The views are amazing and can be enjoyed from inside or outside on the private deck. The short walk to the beach was a great way to see it every day to explore. Very quiet location, peaceful and cozy. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!!!

Such a cute place!! Would definitely stay here again, bed/ pillows are comfy, keurig hot plate / convection over was great. Great spot to take some selfies before you leave as well

Meredith’s place is amazing! We absolutely loved our time here. The unit and view are unreal. Everything was very clean and well kept. Meredith was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and Meredith has a pack n play and a baby gate in the unit for use which was very handy. Cannot wait to stay again!

What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – A Slice of Paradise! I had an unforgettable experience staying at this property. The place is luxurious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail, from the high-quality amenities to the elegant and stylish decor, exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower—complete with hydromassage—was powerful and relaxing. I was genuinely surprised by how much was available to enjoy: a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and even a breathtaking

We had a lovely stay here with our 2 children. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed beachcombing and the heated pool (summer only). The kitchen was extremely well stocked—one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful skylights brighten the living room. There were a few adult and kids books, plus colouring books with coloured pencils. There are shared BBQs, a playground, tennis court, and large grassy area. The complex has water issues where water is trucked in, so there are signs everywhere to conserve water (short showers, flush "when needed", every drop counts, etc). There is also no cell service, though the wifi is excellent, and most phones can do wifi calling. There is also a long staircase to the main entrance, and the apartment is 2 floors. Coin laundry is in a separate building. We would happily stay again!

Loved the accommodations. Very clean and close to everything you need. Surroundings are beautiful and the pool, hot tub and sauna were a much appreciated addition. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable.

Travis’ place was perfect for our family’s three nights stay on the Island. He had the single mattress and the pack and play set up for my kids before we arrived. The set up is perfect for a multi generation family trip. We got to really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the pickle ball court. Would definitely consider renting again here!

John’s place was fantastic. Easy check-in and quick to answer any questions. My wife and I really appreciated the size of the condo and all the amenities. The fireplaces, jetted tub, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. We took advantage of the on-site amenities including the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub, trails and restaurant. Our stay was awesome and John made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a condo in beautiful Nanoose Bay.
