Condo vacation rentals in Nanaimo

This place was very nice, my kids and I enjoyed it so much. The beds were comfy, and the location was amazing. The only issue was, I booked because it was self check in, and I stated in my booking request message that my kids and I were in town for a ceremony, and we were gonna use the place to rest. The host called me once and I let them know I was in a ceremony and could not take calls. They then called me 5 times after I stated I was busy and in ceremony, their response was “the owner is concerned because you only booked one night”. They treated me like I was suspicious. They then emailed me, texted me, and messaged me on the Airbnb app, still after I stated I was busy.

We all enjoyed our stay in your amazing place. The furnishings were very cozy and nice. The views were amazing, and it was very well stocked and clean. We would love to return again, if we can. It was very spacious for our five family members, and loved that everyone had an actual bbed to sleep in. The hosts were very accommodating, kind , attentive and responsive. It was easy to find, and in a central location We would highly recommended.?

This is a wonderful place to stay! Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated! Would definitely recommend this to a family or group of people, exactly as described in the listing!

Shannon's place is so tranquil and peaceful which was just what we needed. The area is lovely for walking and the building is very quiet. We loved our 2 week stay here!

Our party included 4 adults and two children. We stayed in the house for four nights. This is something which we do every summer, staying in different houses near Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We were happy with our rental this year (2024). We liked the fact that this complex includes a swimming pool. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. (We used the beach folding chairs which are available in the unit.) We also walked in the adjacent Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We also drove to some stores in town. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the BBQ for three of the dinners. It was useful that one of the bedrooms includes a desk. Sandy communicated with us (via the AirBnB app) several times. We had a great vacation. I should also mention that after we checked out we discovered that my granddaughter left a certain item behind. Sandy assured me that it will be mailed to us. Thank you!

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)

We thuroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo and location! We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Qualicum Beach.

We had a wonderful week at Ken’s place. The location is fantastic, everything is comfy and the view from the kitchen and patio is unbeatable. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Having a private bbq to use was fantastic. The family really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, pong pong and pool table and I loved being able to take a paddle board out a couple of times at no extra cost. Can’t wait to return.

We have stayed at Pacific Shores many times but this was our first at Dione's. The place is great. Great location with a beautiful view from the living room. We would definitely stay there again!

My girlfriend and I chose Denise’s condo for a girls weekend get away. The location is absolutely stunning and SO peaceful. The condo was well stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Denise was friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions. Excellent value for a beautiful property. Thank you Denise, we will definitely be back!!

Lovely place, nice to be so close to beach. Sofa bed for two people wasn’t very comfy and the bottom sheet didn’t fit it properly.

We stayed here with our two young kids. We had an excellent time! It was great being on the ground floor and having access to the beautiful grassy area with a little fairy garden. The unit had everything we needed and the laundry was a great asset. We had a blast looking at all the creatures along the creek and in the tidal area! We loved the pool and hot tub! They were in excellent condition and just a short walk from the unit. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely be back!

Tanya’s place was clean and was as seen in the photos. We have stayed at another unit here and Tanya’s was by far more inviting and comfortable. You have everything you need and it was such a nice touch to have records! We had spices to use, cooking utensils and all. When a problem came up Tanya was responsive and made things right the best that she could. This place is a great place to stay, lots of amenities to enjoy and a beautiful beach to walk. I would highly recommend this stay for a nice quiet stay for those who enjoy pure bliss, quiet and enjoy the outdoors and wish to explorer. Plus Parksville is literally 7 mins away for all your needs!

Beautiful property. walking the beach, swimming at the pool, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation were wonderful. (as described, spacious.) Hope to go again. Thank you Pat for the games and Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms ect.

Loved staying in this beautiful area. The pool and hot tub right next to the ocean were the cherry on top. Tammy’s place was very clean. Felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve been to. Her instructions were crystal clear and we had zero issues accessing the condo and the amenities. Our only feedback; we were missing our creamer in the morning for our coffee. There’s a chance it was there but we didn’t find it! Other than that, we loved it and highly recommend!

Spent 3 nights here and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable, attention to detail. Everything that we needed was here. A fabulous condo in a beautiful location.

This lovely studio suite was just the place for myself and a long ago friend to reconnect - a bit smaller than I envisioned, and no kitchen (not sure why I thought there would be one) - it was a bit like having a girl's sleepover from high school. The amenities were fantastic, with no problem at all using the card. The evening sunset view was gorgeous, and morning breakfast & coffee on the patio was lovely. Very quiet and peaceful. Every person met in passing were gracious and kind. This is truly the kind of place I could enjoy more often! The bed was very comfortable, the towels & linens were fine, the coffee delicious... all in all, a great experience! Thanks Kim.

Our stay at Shannon's condo was fantastic. Views of the ocean and creek from the condo were amazing - full of wildlife and beauty, and the binoculars in the condo helped us view them a little more close up. Shannon was quick to respond when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped, and we made most of our meals in the condo. The bed was very comfortable! There was one comfy chair in the living room, but the one small drawback in the condo was that seating in the living room wasn't super comfy. The amenities at the resort next door were fantastic. A very good value, for an overall wonderful stay, in an awe-inspiring location. I would 100% recommend Shannon's condo.

This was a perfect place to stay while we were visiting Vancouver Island. The location made it easy to explore other areas of the Island as a day trip. The condo itself is situated right across from the pool and hot tub as well as the beach trail which we were able to enjoy while we were staying. Overall, the condo is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this airbnb!

Fantastic stay at Nanoose Bay! The unit was beautiful, and I loved the fireplaces, since it ended up being a little colder than we had hoped. The beach is right off the back porch and there were binoculars for us to use. We saw lots of birds, seals, and even some dolphins. The complex is wonderful - my kids loved the outdoor pool and the pirate play park. Randy and Barb were very responsive to my text messages. All and all it was a very relaxing stay and we had a wonderful time. I wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!

Great and peaceful space, nice and quiet in October. Kids friendly 🤸🏻‍♀️amazing facilities at the resort too. Lovely bedrooms. Awesome view of the creek and tides. We can't wait to return again!

We really enjoyed the place, it was spacious and clean and close to the water. The covered outdoor fire pit was really nice. The only thing we were disappointed by was that the hot tub was under construction during our stay which we weren’t aware would be happening. But overall it was a cute & quiet place to stay.

This was my husband’s and my first time taking our 3 year old and 20 month old on a vacation. Wow this couldn’t have been a more perfect place! It had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. The washer and dryer were great to have with the beach so close by. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals easily. The hot tub was nice and never busy when we went. Thank you so much for such a wonderful first family vacation!

One of the best stays. The view from the condo was amazing. We loved spending time watching the tide roll and the sea life. The place was very well stocked and comfortable. The complex was very well taken care of and had great amenities including horse shoes, tennis, fire pit, and of course the pool and hot tub. Would absolutely stay again!
