Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Namdong-gu

✨Perfect✨ location, 5 mins to airport bus/metro station, lots of cafes and shops around. Very spacious room with a huge terrace. The host was super friendly and responded right away to all the inquiries🥰 The only downside for us was the stairs but that's because we had huge suitcases. Oh, and the construction right across starts at 7 am 🥲

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

The nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in some nice ones, but none have paid such attention to the smallest of details. Also doesn’t skimp on the amenities. Area is very walkable and there are a ton of restaurants and cafes nearby. If you are on the fence, don’t be, just book a stay. You won’t regret staying here. PS make sure to check out the roof, the view is great!

Great stay! The place was very clean, modern, and had a cool urban feel. It’s conveniently located near subway stations and right next to beautiful gardens. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Seoul very much. The apartment is very sweetly furnished and spacious for 2 people. Everything was very clean and tidy. The highlight is definitely the view from the roof terrace. The metro station can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. All sights are very close. We recommend the accommodation, thank you Tyra. 🫰🏼❤️

とても素敵なところだったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです！親切でとても良かったです。以下、宿泊の参考にしていただければと思います。 ・フェファ駅が最寄り駅です。フェファ駅から行くと道のアップダウンなく、家までわかりやすく、容易に着けます。(東大門駅や鍾路5街駅も歩いていけますが、少しだけフェファ駅より遠く、アップダウンが少しだけあります。) ・東大門総合市場というバス停が東大門駅と鍾路5街駅の間くらいにあるので空港⇔家の行き来もわかりやすいです。 ・家は写真の通りきれいでおしゃれです。清潔に保たれており、好感が持てます。 ・レンジ、ポット、食器、カトラリー、お鍋、包丁などや食器用洗剤もあります。 ・洗濯機も使用できますが、洗剤は持っていってください。 ・バルコニーもあり、そこで食事も楽しめます。 ・周辺は治安が良く、とても静かです。 ・フェファ駅周辺から家までの間にスターバックスやCU(コンビニエンスストア)があり、便利です。カフェやおもち屋さん、パン屋さんなどもあります。 ・バスルームにはドライヤーも準備されています。ボディーソープとシャンプーもあります。歯ブラシは持参してください。 ・ホストが近くのお店のオススメを教えてくださったり、部屋の使い方もメッセージで送ってくださいます。質問はすぐに返してくださったり、お願いした物をすぐ準備してくださいました。親切で丁寧でかつお返事もすぐくださるので助かります。

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. My family and I absolutely loved everything about Hannam BnB. It’s very apparent the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making sure the guests are comfortable and feel at home. The unit was in pristine condition, beds were comfortable, and had all of the amenities needed for cooking. The location is centered around coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants. We went to the bakery next door almost daily for yummy pastries and delicious coffee. It was fun exploring the neighborhood. Brad was an exceptional host. My kids miss Mr Brad, and already want to go back!

아담하지만 파티룸다운 멋진 분위기가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다. 전면 통창과 넓은 테라스에서 들어오는 채광 때문에 일하기도 무척 편했고요. 아래층에서 풍겨오는 빵 굽는 냄새가 마치 카페에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주기도 했어요. 연남동의 여러 핫플레이스에 가까운 위치, 온/냉풍 겸용 에어컨디셔너, 다양한 타입의 휴대폰 충전기, 와인잔과 오프너 제공 등이 만족스러웠고, 다소 좁은 쇼파, 싱크대 수압이 좋지 않아 설거지가 수월치 않았다는 점 이외에 불편한 점은 거의 없었습니다.

This place is what Airbnb was meant to be. The hosts were fantastic: responsive, helpful, and genuinely engaged. The apartment feels like a real home, not a generic rental. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a big kitchen with a dining table, and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating. There are two desks in the bedrooms in case you need to use your laptop. The location is excellent. There’s a great café next door with fresh baked bread and amazing coffee. Within a block or two, you’ll find more cafés and restaurants, and just a five minute walk gives you access to even more dining and shopping options. Transit is easy. Whether you use the subway, Uber, or taxis, you can get anywhere in the city without hassle. The Wi-Fi is fast. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for people watching with a morning coffee. The photos and description are accurate. Highly recommend.

Farida’s place was such a gem. She was very responsive to all my queries. She was accommodating and genuinely takes care of our wellbeing. The location of the place is just great. 3 mins walk to Seoul station. Especially useful if you have just arrived or returning to the airport. Many nearby cafes which we truly enjoyed. It is also 5 mins walk to the Seoullo 7017 walking path that can bring you to Namdaemun. The place itself has a good size considering its proximity to the nearby amenities. It is well stocked with our daily necessities. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions. This was my forth time in Seoul but my first time in Farida’s place. Will return here without hesitation for my next visit!

Brad et Sarah méritent le titre de super hôte ! Le fait de pouvoir échanger en anglais est un réel atout, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Corée. Excellente localisation: 5 min à pied de la station de métro Hangangjin (Ligne 6). 15-20 min à pied du quartier d'Itaewon, 35 min en bus du quartier de Gangnam, ou bien 3 arrêts de bus du quartier de Myeongdong. Le logement en soit est top fonctionnel et de bon goût ! Je recommande
