Amazing place to stay at in Seoul, train lines lead to all the touristy spots, heaps of restaurants to choose from right downstairs and the surrounding area. Hosts were instructions were incredibly helpful and precise and were quick to responsd. Definitely would recommend without a doubt!

I've been to many Airbnbs, including Incheon, but it was the most satisfying place for the price. It was nice that there were all the amenities and various franchises nearby without being disturbed by noise because it was a bit far from the downtown area or on foot. Especially the bed that the host seems to care about! Even though the bed was sensitive, I was very satisfied that I was able to sleep comfortably like my own home ~ It was a good accommodation that offset all the inconveniences that I would have thought about at least once if I was a guest. I want to book this place 👍 next time I visit Incheon.

the accommodation was really accessible via the subway and has a lot of shops around the area. The place was really comfortable and simple, really cozy. We had a really lovely time staying at the accommodation. Definitely will come back. Thank you so much

When looking at the accommodation, clean bedding and toilets are important, but I was able to stay satisfactorily and comfortably! There were so many different types of toiletries and amenities, so there was no inconvenience. It was nice to be quiet when I opened the window, and there were two convenience stores and an unmanned convenience store, so it was very convenient to buy snacks and necessary items even at dawn:) I think I'll come back when I come to Cheongna!

The house is very beautiful and clean, downstairs is full of cherry blossoms, and there is also a row of cherry blossoms in the park next to it, especially beautiful!There is a CU on the basement level, it's convenient!

I stayed for a month in Sunny’s apartment and it was perfectly located. The neighborhood is really quiet while still being very well connected by Line 5. The subway station is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There’s a park and a nice walking trail right behind the building. Sunny’s instructions were very clear :) The only thing I would add is that you have to be careful not to make too much noise because you can hear a lot from the neighboring apartments, but everyone was very respectful, so the environment remained peaceful. 🙂 I totally recommend this place! This accommodation of Seongyoon's is as comfortable as my home, and it has everything and the atmosphere is so good. ^^

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

This was the second time we stayed at Katarina’s and everything was, once again, just as described. Really recommend it!

Great pkace with a super helpful host

At first it was hard to find, because in Korea google maps aren’t that precise. But host was answering all my questions quickly, she was really trying to help me :) the room had all listed amenities and facilities, as well as common space. The living room was looking differently from the photos, so I thought that I entered to wrong flat 😅 it was much cozier! Good location for a calm day: a stream, a park, a lot of convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Few bus stops. About 25 minutes ride on the bike or by bus to Hongdae street.

If you're looking for a place to stay for a while in an officetel studio, It felt like home, so it was comfortable and nice.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

We had a delightful week at Jasper's house, as two adults and two primary aged children. The space was compact but had everything we needed, and two separate bedrooms made it easier for everyone to get a good sleep. We appreciated things like the plug adaptors, and plenty of pans so we could cook a couple of times. We absolutely loved the neighbourhood, exploring the different cafes, bakeries and restaurants, and walking the forest line down to the station. The nearby buses were also very handy for visiting the palace etc. Staying in cherry blossom season was a bonus, the street was so pretty!! It definitely felt like home, and Jasper's extra gestures of hospitality (like fresh baked bread!) made it extra special. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Thanks to your consideration, I had a comfortable stay! Parking was only available for one car, but I think it should be taken into account considering the situation in Seoul. I was satisfied with the😂 quick response and tidy accommodation.❤️

I had a comfortable stay as if I was staying at a hotel. ^^ I liked the cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful consideration. I think it's very suitable for a large family to stay. I asked for help a few times because I didn't know how to use the facility, but it was convenient because he answered quickly. Recommended for large families!

Aside from no elevator for carrying heavy luggage and stroller, the place is great. The place is perfect for families and group of friends travelling with complete set of appliances. It feels like home away from home. The place is very cozy for family bonding like watching tv and sharing good food. We'll definitely be considering staying at this place when we go back to South Korea.

The host's thoughtful consideration and the clean and comfortable accommodation were really nice. The three of us had fun, and we really had a comfortable rest using the private house. My child loved the structure with stairs, saying it was fun. I felt that you cared about every single item. I'll come back if I get another chance next time! ^^
