(It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. It was a good place to be live in Seoul. The house was clean, complete for all essential things and on the first time you enter the house it smell was soooo gooood. The location is so nice, close with subway and bus station. The host really helpfull, she help me to order fried chicken 🤣🤣 I will come to this house again once coming to Seoul again. Thankyou!!!!

It was the first time I arrived at a listing and saw a pool table right away, so I was so excited~ There were a lot of photo zones, so I took a lot of pictures! I was hanging out with my friend until late, and I was so surprised that I woke up at checkout time, but I was grateful that you were willing☺️ to adjust it. I want to book again next time I come to Hongdae! I'll be careful not to oversleep then.🤭🤍

Best bang for your buck, hands down. It's a cozy studio for 1 person. It has everything except for dryer. Half basement room, easy to get in and out, quiet. Convenient store & laundry right next door. 5 min walk uphill from the main street. Food places everywhere walkable. 10 min to Seoul Univ station or to Nakseongdae station Line 2 gets you anywhere in Seoul. ICN airport ride 6017 5 min walk, every 30 min or so.

It is very close to the subway station, 2 minutes on foot, the location is super good, after coming out of the building, it is Hongdae main street. The room has a large space with three beds, one double and two singles, it is suitable for many people, the room is fully stocked, the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, electronic stove is very convenient to use. The bathroom is separate and clean. There is also a full body mirror in the room that can be used, which is great! There was a small floor-to-ceiling air conditioner that happened to be the end of May when I checked in, the temperature was about 16-20 degrees was just right👌🏻 but might get hot if it was summer. All in all, I would choose to stay here in winter and spring, and the location is really the best ~!

Jane’s apartment was amazing, clean, spacious and with an amazing terrace. Even if in the middle of Hongdae, there is no issue with the nightlife noises. Perfect, would recommend!!
