Small but nice apartment

Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

12/10 points are set! A great place to stay that is furnished with a lot of love for detail and is well equipped. Verena and Martin are great hosts who not only spoil their guests with great apricot jam (made by grandma), but also give tips for activities/tours at any time. Terlan is an excellent starting point for a varied vacation between Merano-Bolzano-Trento and the Dolomites. We felt very comfortable and look forward to another visit to Terlan.

We had a phenomenal time in the midst of a great apple orchard and surrounded by mountains. Alexia and Bernhard were always helpful and ready to give great tips and recommendations as well as answer questions about the place. You felt more than at home here thanks to the great service and also solutions for your own situations. Grandma Petra's breakfast was fabulous, fresh regional and homemade ingredients perfected it as well as the lovely manner. The garden/pool is as well maintained as a picture book. Absolutely flawless. A lot of love and time has been put into this. With the included guest card you can easily get to Bolzano/Merano via line 201/204 and the stop is only 3 minutes' walk away. The rooms are absolutely comfortable and practically furnished. Super heating/air conditioning, smart TV, great balcony with views, fridge, nice bathroom and plenty of storage. The room service does its job absolutely perfectly.
