🏠 CLEANLINESS Very clean, no issues at all. Lots of cleaning equipment provided too such as a robot vacuums and a manual vacuum. 📸 ACCURACY OF LISTING Photos are very accurate. The property is stunning and so is the surrounding area. 🛏️ COMFORT AND AMENITIES Lots of amenities provided, more than enough to ensure a comfortable stay. From Doutor coffee packets and tea to essential oils with a diffuser, everything was thought of for a pleasant stay. Lots of cooking equipment was also provided which was useful as we cooked our own food. The property was incredibly spacious. 📍 LOCATION The area is beautiful and boasts stunning coastline views and attractions such as Himeji castle and temples. 🙋‍♂️ HOST COMMUNICATION The host responds very quickly and clearly. No problems at all! 🔑 CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT EXPERIENCE The self check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. 💰 VALUE FOR MONEY Incredible value for money. Absolutely worth the cost for what you get. I had a wonderful stay at Ryota's tiny house! Ryota and Katrina were great hosts who communicated very well, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. Additionally, the SUP tour with Katrina was really enjoyable and added an extra special touch to my stay. I highly recommend this charming retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We stayed just a night, but everything was in order and no complaints! The house contains some lively artwork, especially the screen doors.
