A terrace is dedicated to the outbuilding; the parking, garden and pool are common.

You will find a small garden and terrace in the back of the house. It consists of a living room with sofa that can be converted into a bed and a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with closet, one bathroom, 2 toilets. It is accessible by highway and also by train via Villefranche de Lauragais
