Beste airbnb das ich jemals hatte. Farblich sehr schön abgestimmt. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Okada und andere malls sind in der nähe. Gebäude ist ziemlich neu und jetzt nicht so überfüllt und innerlich heruntergekommen wie bgc. Wer mal in einem großem Tower in bgc war der hat definitiv mal vor dem Fahrstühlen warten müssen. Sowas hat man hier nicht. Es gibt viele Utensilien die bereit gestellt werden. Von Zahnbürste bis Waschtrockner sowie kostenlose Snacks ist alles dabei. Selbst kostenloses Trinkwasser. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Gerne wieder

Very nice and clean place! It had all the right furniture - small sofa for lounging, small table for dining or working, comfy bed - well thought of design! Host was also quick to respond and very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. Everything was just what we needed and the location was ideal to access SM Santa Rosa. All facilities were top drawer and we thought the mini store in the cupboard was a nice touch. Unfortunately the shower-head could not be adjusted so shorter people had to reach to access the impressive water pressure. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Maganda and peaceful ang location ng room. Pet friendly and perfect sa mga gusto mag unwind and relax, away from the road noises. Ang ganda ng view mas lalo sa umaga. Also, maganda and malinis rin ang interior. Sobrang convenient rin ng parking space sa lahat ng magbooked here coz sa loob siya, hindi hassle mas lalo pag umuulan. We will definitely book again! Very accommodating rin ang caretaker.😊

Super enjoyed our stay at Bar and Marian’s unit!! Marian is very responsive and kind. Pico de loro is our go-to here in Batangas for yearsss and we always opt booking for a clean, spacious, and nice interior type of units whenever; their unit didnt disappoint!

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Highly recommended, we enjoy the bathtub, clean restroom, clean naman ang bedsheets. Malapit sa lahat, groceries, restaurants, malapit sa sakayan. Napaka-responsive no Ma'am Bea. Malawak ang parking. Sure Babalik-balikan namin to ni wife!
