Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

Nice place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

We absolutely loved our stay at Aomori House! The thoughtfully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, offered the perfect spaces of intimate and big group activities, depending on our mood. Whether if you need to do some desk work, relaxing, or socializing, every spot was picture-perfect and Zoom-worthy. We love the bonfire area, separate KTV house, spacious walkways, and the well-planned layout of the home. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would—10/5! Highly recommended! 🌟

The place was so relaxing. No loud karaoke in the neighborhood, you will hear the sound of nature. Perfect for my niece with special care. They have their complete kitchen utensil we don't have to bring out ours. We enjoyed the pool with the gazebo. We felt secure because the caretakers lived in a hut just outside the place looking after our vehicles. Very responsive host, responding to everything I asked. Finally, thanks to Jennifer for making our 2-night staycation a delightful experience, and congratulations for having a very nice abode. We are considering to return to this place in the future.

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Villa L'Amour is a hidden gem. It's very well-kept and spacious property with a luscious garden. Our overall stay was very quiet and peaceful. Perfect reset place outside the city. The host was very nice. She personally welcomed us when we arrived and also made sure our stay was comfortable through constant communication through messaging. She also checked on us before we checked out. The help staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is accessible to convenience stores and a few local eateries. There were a few small local stores right outside the property where you can buy local snacks and drinks. Highly recommended place! Will definitely visit again.
