Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nagasaki

It is a traditional old Japanese house, so there is a lot of inconvenience compared to modern hotels, but it is very spacious and there are no houses around, so I think you can relax without worrying about the surroundings.The host is one of the best in the past, so I think it will be a fulfilling trip if you communicate a lot.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Fukuoka. The apartment is closed to some local restaurants, and shops, and easy accessible to public transport if not driving, The space itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals a breeze. The bed was comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after long days of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They checked in to make sure everything was going well and provided great insights into local attractions.

Minori's place significantly exceeded our expectations. It was exceptional value, the location is in the best part of the island (peaceful, beautiful, and with easy access to villages and spectacular beaches), the house is extremely comfortable and practical, and most of all, Minori and family were just incredible hosts: They were ready waiting for us when we arrived, and their son had even made some origami for my daughter! They also took time to explain sites across the island, and when I asked about how to get to another island they even went to the trouble to print off a ferry timetable and mark the times and costs for us. To say that they "made us feel at home" would be an understatement: We felt transported to another world, a world of peace and zen and magic. Thank-you, Minori, for a wonderful, magical stay at your delightful home.

It was awesome! The accommodation was very new and clean, and I used it without any stress. 6 adults stayed, but it was so spacious that 6 people couldn't make full use of it. The free coffee and condiments were also helpful. I'm grateful for the BBQ in the garden, from the preparation to the cleaning up! Thank you, Nimi and Nicholas. I will use it again!

You were very polite from check-in to check-out. Although we were not allowed to handle fish in the room, we were introduced to a shop that handled and cooked fish. I had a very high level of satisfaction.

A very nice house - clean and spacious for a party of two! The location is also very ideal - just 10-12 min of driving will take you to the downtown area of Fukue Island. The host family are very friendly and responsive. I shall definitely book here again if I visit Goto next time. :)

We had a great stay. The room is just a short walk to Befu station. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. A lovely home away from home.

The three of us used it while going to golf and traveling, and it was a bit far from the city, but we rented a car, so it didn't really matter. The accommodation is tidy and it's great for 2 or 3 people to use.

We had a lovely stay at Mio’s which was very close to the subway with plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well set up for travellers. There is some road noise but I found with earplugs , it wasn’t a problem. An excellent stay.. thanks Mio!

the place is very good, near you have a lots of pubs and restaurants. and the metro station is around like 2 min walking. Near the apartment you have the beautiful park from Fukuoka! The apartment is very big and really comfy. Sakura is a fantastical host !

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

I stayed for three days. Transportation is convenient. The surrounding facilities are complete. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The experience is very good. Worth recommending.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mai’s place. It was quiet and private, close to cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the bus and train station. The apartment had everything I needed. Mai was really helpful and offered some local recommendations. This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Mai’s apartments and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Mai is a super host!

Taku is a wonderful host. He took a lot of time to show me what to do in Nagasaki, the un-missable spots, the hidden restaurants. My Japanese is not good, so he made a lot of effort explaining in English. This was a great encounter, I'm glad I met Taku ! The accomodation made me feel like I was in my own flat. Everything is clean but still charming, "human", as if you had been living there for a certain time. It feels at home, a space with a soul. Plus everything is reachable by foot, the location is hyper center ! I can only recommend to book here 🙏

We had a really nice stay. The room was very enjoyable and the bathroom was quite big in comparison to other experiences we made. If you are a little taller than average, I would definitely recommend a stay! There are some affordable parking spaces around, if you arrive by car and everything we wanted to see was reachable in some minutes.

Yuki and his staff were very kind—thank you for delivering our package and hanging it on the door handle. We plan to return next time without our children, as they were quite sensitive to the building vibrations caused by road noise outside.

It was my first time using it in a long time, but I really relaxed.I look forward to staying here again.

The kids love the mezzanine design, a bit further from the Fukuoka Hakata downtown area, but the surrounding living functions are okay, the convenience store is within walking distance, and the kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for two small families to travel together.

I would recommend it over smaller hotels. I would say the only things that could have made it better are a door on the bathroom(currently a curtain) and maybe english translations on things(or a quick guide). I should also mention there's no elevator, so you carry your luggage up the stairs. I enjoyed this place a lot, but I've also lived in sasebo before.

nice place, I will stay again next time

It was a lodging that had been on my wishlist for a long time. I finally got to use it. It was a much cuter and cozier room than the picture The friendly check-in instructions were also good. It's a few stops away from Hakata and Tenjin, but I actually liked it better. And if you walk out of the property for about 2 minutes There's a subway station and a bus stop You can use public transportation that goes directly to Hakata It was nice to have it. I've been to Fukuoka a lot, but It was the most comfortable and enjoyable accommodation. I want to use it again next time☺️
