A beautiful Red brick and stone house recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal with the beach a few minutes walking from our place. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. There is a huge verandah attached to the apartment and sitting there gives you a feeling of cruise liner, you are so close to nature!! Come and rejuvenate yourself!! Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it
