昌子さん and staff were amazing! they took good care of my vegan diet and we were able to communicate via Line at all times. The place is beautiful, the onsen peaceful, and the surroundings are just something else. I totally recommend and would come again if I ever want to ski or trekking in Japan

Nick and hiro are absolute legends, great place to stay in Hakuba.

Our accommodation had a nice vibe and the space met our needs. It was close to a convenient store, train station and plenty of restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive to our needs, especially dealing with a minor noise disturbance.

Very clean and welcoming space in a great location. Walking distance to Echoland, happo and shopping centres. Definitely recommend.

tabi shiro is a very very nice guesthouse. The people are super kind, the spaces are clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Matsumoto, I wish I had stayed a bit longer than one night.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, with lots of restaurants around and close to the ski resort. The parking lot was large, which was very helpful. The room is very warm and clean, and the cost performance is high. I'd love to go again if I get the chance.

Nice place and nice staff

It's a good place to stay and Katsu-san is very kind and helpful. The place is a bus ride away from the station so plan accordingly.

Japan heart rental place is quite comfortable and relaxing. They have all the amenities and room is quite big. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with essential pots and pans and other gadgets. Refrigerator was filled with different kinds of sauces , dressings and Mayonnaise. Over all we had a comfortable stay. I would like to add one more which the owner forget or didn’t realize it. Early morning at the sunrise time you can see Mount Fuji clearly from the washing area. I think every penny is worth spending on this property. This property is run by an elderly couple. They are so sweet and helpful. Always pick the phone and answer our querry.

Super close to the station, shops and restaurants, definitely a convenient location. The rooms are really nice and comfy. The shared space is super relaxed and is a good spot to eat and relax. There’s a guitar to play too, which is fun to play around on. The hosts are super helpful, and it’s all pretty straightforward. Definitly would recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nagano. Pretty close to some cool sightseeing spots and views too

Really nice place to stay! I appreciated the place having a women’s only dorm, this was my first time staying in a place like this and I feel like that made it a lot more comfortable as I am a young woman myself. The beds were comfortable and the areas to do work or just relax in were very nice. Really close to a lot of great places in nagano

I would love to stay here again! and again! Really cozy! They have local recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Do note that Matsumoto is a small town so most shops close really early.

Wonderful “downtown” Nagano had access to everything within 10 minutes walking. Checking was smooth and it was nice to have access to the lounge overnight to relax in before bed
