I used it with my family for skiing. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer (with detergent and laundry nets), and I used it every day during my stay. Also, since there were no other guests, I was able to use the kitchen without hesitation, and I used the fridge and microwave. The owner was friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood, so I think even first-time visitors can use it with peace of mind.

Kōfu was an incredible place to visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host was truly one of the best—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. He generously lent me his bicycle and shared great tips on the best spots to visit in Kōfu. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely book again if it’s available!

I used this place for a trip with a friend. The location of the dormitory was a little difficult to understand, but the interior was very beautiful and spacious.The kitchen was spacious, and it was easy to work for a large group. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome and was given information on the hostel and local area. The shared living room and kitchen areas are spacious, clean, and really nicely decorated. All the furniture is of super high quality and the place was very relaxing. The rooms are great as well. The place is just a few minutes walk from the castle and from many great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place.

Breathtaking the view from the place! I especially loved the kitchen and living room, so cozy and comfortable to chill. Parking space is big limited but they will assist you if all the spots are taken. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended!

It's an amazing dorm I stayed a month and half. All the staffs are so nice and really helpful, Tor, Alpa, Adam and Annabelle etc, they're incredible!!! Breakfast is serve yourself and FREE, manyyyyy eggs, toast, jam, cornflake, milk and juice!! Social area also awesome, pool game, making friends all the nights. Thanks again all the effort, I really enjoy my time in Hai. Cheer~~

Very nice friendly owners. Very nice stay in the woods, peaceful, relaxing. Ordered their Balinese dinner and breakfast, it was fantastic. Location may be a little out of the way but definitely worth staying here if u r driving. I’d love to stay here again if I plan another trip to Karuizawa area.

It was very cold on the day, but they prepared enough yutanpo for the number of people, and I was able to sleep in a warm futon. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Kofu! Thank ☺you

This home was a great value and as described. Sergeant helped us with a few rides. Location is about a 5 minute taxi or 30 minute walk from the train station. Room was humble but clean. We didn't run into other guests during our stay. The common area is large and has a nice kitchen. Very close to the Tea house too high and a fun arcade/thrift shop. I'd recommend this stay for young adventurous types.

Takeru's hostel was perfect, great location, walking distance from the station and to the castle, and very easy to find. The check-in process was very easy and we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The common are was really comfortable and was setup to easily meet new people. The hostel had everything I could need including including a well stocked kitchen and free tea and coffee. I would stay again and can't recommend enough.

A unique place with a very friendly and accommodating host. The place had a unique vibe to it with a very cool shop on the first floor and a funky look to the guest house. Host was very friendly and was extremely accommodating. Got very late to check in but host was there to guide and provide the tour of the house. He also suggested a few places nearby and recommended a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Will definitely visit again and suggest to friends.

Had an great stay. Host was super helpful, and had many good suggestions of what to do and where to eat and drink in town. He had an amazing map with locations that you could access in google maps with a QR code for easy directions. Free bikes and umbrellas to use in the entrance hall, as well as an area to store and lock your luggage after check-out if needed! The japanese style room was also amazing and just what we wanted. This was the perfect airbnb hostel experience. If I go back to Matsumoto I will stay here again.

This is a little gem. Stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids, we all loved it. Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Very Close to the castle and old shopping streets. I wished we would have stayed longer. Matsumoto is very nice, the castle is special and the surrounding area as well. It’s an easy 10 min walk from the train station, you could also catch a bus. The hostel worked great for us as a family. Thank you for having us.

Hai and the people there are fantastic! super friendly as were the guests. Beds were epic but was busy so difficult to get shower sometimes because upstairs showers dont work really....but otherwise a great stay! Also never got my onsen because there arent any in Tsugaike i found out. Would definitely recommend though!

昌子さん and staff were amazing! they took good care of my vegan diet and we were able to communicate via Line at all times. The place is beautiful, the onsen peaceful, and the surroundings are just something else. I totally recommend and would come again if I ever want to ski or trekking in Japan

Japan heart rental place is quite comfortable and relaxing. They have all the amenities and room is quite big. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with essential pots and pans and other gadgets. Refrigerator was filled with different kinds of sauces , dressings and Mayonnaise. Over all we had a comfortable stay. I would like to add one more which the owner forget or didn’t realize it. Early morning at the sunrise time you can see Mount Fuji clearly from the washing area. I think every penny is worth spending on this property. This property is run by an elderly couple. They are so sweet and helpful. Always pick the phone and answer our querry.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, with lots of restaurants around and close to the ski resort. The parking lot was large, which was very helpful. The room is very warm and clean, and the cost performance is high. I'd love to go again if I get the chance.

Super close to the station, shops and restaurants, definitely a convenient location. The rooms are really nice and comfy. The shared space is super relaxed and is a good spot to eat and relax. There’s a guitar to play too, which is fun to play around on. The hosts are super helpful, and it’s all pretty straightforward. Definitly would recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nagano. Pretty close to some cool sightseeing spots and views too
