What a wonderful stay on the Elephantine Island! The location was great as everything else. The host Saif is a gentle soul with many talents including healing, cooking, and painting. He prepared delicious omelet and guava juice every morning. Also we were treated to a delicious dinner at his friend’s cafe where we listened to a soulful Nubian Sudanese music while watching the rise of the moon over the Nile. What a lovely introduction to Nubian culture ! This experience restored my faith in people in Egypt after I encountered a predator host in Luxor earlier this month. Thank you Saif! Greta stay. Loved the Nubian village

Beautiful and quiet apartment right on the water. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time on the island very much. The room was very clean and the food extremely delicious! Tamer also assisted us with booking excursions in the area. It is important to note that the apartment is located outside of Assuan on an island, which is very nice, but makes it difficult to make excursions without using the services of Tamer, which may incur additional costs. From our point of view, however, this was very worthwhile!
