The place is very quite and private. With a big terrace and beautiful garden with flowers and cat. Everything was clean and Hassan is very nice and friendly. Only walk for 10min to get to port, Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood on the Nile. Large house, excellent, super well furnished. Beautiful garden. Beautiful pool that delighted our daughter. Great location for visiting Luxor East and West. Shops nearby. Peaceful and bucolic restaurants on the banks of the Nile, a 2-minute walk. The ferry to cross to the East Bank or boats. Feluccas to admire the nature of the West Bank. Mohamed helped us book a hot air balloon ride. Option to park the car on the property. We were delighted. Mohamed is adorable. It was with regret that we left this amazing place. We would totally recommend this rental. Looking forward to coming back.

Staying at Villa Adam was one of the best Arbnb experiences I have had. Fantastic views from the balcony and 2 rooftops, friendly atmosphere, barbeque on the rooftop, delicious coffee the host made were priceless. This property is well maintained. The location is probably the best in Luxor as it is in walking distance to food joints, stores, ferry, and historical landmarks. Thank you Adam for making my stay quiet memorable!

Tarik and his family are incredible. We have lots of fun stsying with them, while at the same time, being constantly spoiled with the best of attentions. A grest tip is to arrange with Tarik the support of his brother Hussain, who has a Tuk Tuk and can take you to any of the temples and tumbs. Highly recommend!!!

James and his team were fantastic. The place/architecture was as magic as the photos give off. His team was very communicative and accommodating throughout the stay. The rooftop and view was a pleasure to hang out at night. They even coordinated trips for us to the various attractions in luxor. We had a short stay but I would stay here again to enjoy even more of the offerings of the place. Thank you 🙏🏽

Perfect! Maria is a really wonderful host - she was friendly, kind, interesting to chat to and super helpful, coming to meet us from the ferry and making sure we were settled in. She immediately made us feel comfortable - couldn't ask for more. The apartment itself is great. It is a very nicely decorated space with character. It's lovely - bright, airy, comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Everything is clean - comfy bed, nice bedding, towels etc all nice. And the terrace.....oohhhhh so great. It's a huge space with lots of comfortable places to lounge either in the shade or in the sun. We loved relaxing there both day and night. Overall, I don't think you will find a nicer host or a better place to stay in Luxor. Thank you!

Ahmed is a great host Trustworthy and reliable. He communicated really well throughout. Great at arranging two way transport for our family of four from Hurghada and back and transport to Valley of the King's. Ahmed recommended places to eat and best ways to move around Luxor. His prices were good with no hidden costs which immensely helped in planning our budget. Our girls loved the swimming pool, the villa is clean and well maintained. Muhammed Ahmed's son made lovely breakfast every day and was available to help with transport and shopping's. My hubby enjoyed the motorbike rides around the neighbourhood with Muhammed.We met their family and loved the rural location of the villa. We were able to experience something authentic and beautiful and as a family we are very grateful to Ahmed and his family for their hospitality, warmth and fantastic organisational skills. Can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for safe, however off the beaten track experience outside of Hurghada.

The host is very welcoming. He patiently answered all our questions from the time we booked.He also asked us to let him know if we needed any help with our trip.We had to go to Hurghada for one night in the middle of our trip, and the Host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we only needed a small bag to go to Hurghada.We arrived that night, and the Host was still online and responded immediately.And he even arranged for his brother to help us check in.Because our flight was late, it was already very late when we arrived.The Host's brother also took us to the supermarket to buy some basic necessities like food and water, and the Host also prepared two bottles of water for us.Very friendly. It's also convenient to go to the hot air balloon.Recommended.
