property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

It is amazing to stay at Sonya’s place. The place is amazingly clean and well maintained. Amenities are Upto the mark. I would recommend everyone this place who is travelling to Pune and is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Me and my family stayed here for two nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: Everything matched the description. Stay is 10-minute walk from Shrivardhan beach, conveniently located between Harihareshwar and Diveagar. House was clean, with freshly washed bedding. kitchen was equipped with basic essentials (including sugar, ghee, and spices), which was a big plus for us. Home-cooked food was available at affordable rates and tasted great. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Power backup was available, which ensured comfort during outages. Nice-to-Have Improvements: During our stay, some construction work was going on next door, so there was occasional noise (should be temporary) Parking larger vehicles like SUVs might require some maneuvering as the gate is not very wide and the road in front is narrow. A water purifier in the kitchen would be a great addition. (Alternatively, mineral water bottles are available for ₹20 each, which worked fine for us)

Ths place was simply awesome. It is a lovely property amidst nature. The food served by the caretakers was awesome and worth the price. They are very humble people and were proactive to meet our needs. The property is very beautiful surrounded with trees, and would pump up your lungs with fresh air. 🙂 Being a fitness freak I just could not have enough within and around the property. The check-in was super easy. The host and the caretaker both are responsive. I really loved it and seemed to me this place would be even great to visit during rains and even winter season. Already planning another visit.

The property is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized, with ample furnishings and a peaceful surrounding. Overall, its value for money.

As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted by the awesome nature. The property has integrated well with the greenery around. The chirping of the birds makes you feel that you are inside some rain forest. We were lucky to spot a deer, mongoose and lots of birds right at the front door of the home. It is really a great escape from the city life. The cooking didi was very polite and she cooked a decent meal for us. The home tells it's story from all the old photos of the owner's family. However, I personally found the framed children clothes somewhat spooky.

My trip to Panchagni from February 22nd to 24th was truly memorable. I stayed in a spacious 2BHK villa boasting an incredible mountain view, just a 10-minute drive from the vibrant market and the table land. Our host made the experience extra special by sharing detailed local insights and recommending hidden gems as well as the best times to visit nearby attractions. The caretaker added to the charm by preparing delicious home-cooked meals that felt like a warm embrace from home. Overall, outstanding hospitality, breathtaking views, and a prime location made my stay at Panchagni an unforgettable retreat.
