Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. It is a fantastic house for a family stay. The location is private and quiet, with a swimming pool and hot tub, trampoline, and a playground for kids. It's also close to Artipelag and offers cozy forest walks. Hannes is a great and responsive host. We will definitely stay again in the future.

It was a very pleasant stay! It’s a nice little room with all the necessities, featuring its own entrance and a very cozy bed. The Airbnb is located in a rural area with many upscale houses that look beautiful during an evening stroll. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Stockholm city center and just a 5-minute walk to the lake. Struan was very polite and always helpful. He even went out to get us groceries after we mentioned that we would be arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, which made the start of our vacation much easier. Thanks again for that, Struan! Overall, a great stay! :)

Patrik’s home is in a beautiful location, peaceful, away from the crowds, accessible for Stockholm and so many gorgeous islands. We loved our holiday and the house is stylish, comfortable and a joy in every way. Patrik and Malin were so kind and helpful. They told us where to swim, the best islands to visit and where to eat delicious Swedish food. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our stay in Sweden so special and memorable!!

I don't know if I've ever been so pleased with an Airbnb. Sergio quickly responded to my request, checked in on me throughout my stay, and was very easygoing about my check-out time since he wouldn't be home until later that evening. A super host, no doubt! As for the place, exactly as advertised, A+++++ for lighting (everything is on dimmers, there are candles everywhere, and the lamps all have warm yellow bulbs), and wow, what a bathtub! Because Sergio lives here, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I could have needed. Additionally, the couch had several cozy blankets, and the bath towels and bathrobe were super soft and plush. Plus, the grocery store is just a short 8-minute walk away. I felt settled in right away. It's quiet, peaceful, and has a really lovely bird's eye view of the surrounding area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wir waren sehr zu Frieden mit der Lage und der Unterkunft. Stockholm haben wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (7 Tage Ticket) - vorzugsweise Fähre ab Nacka Strand, mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Fähre - unsicher gemacht. Bei der Vielzahl an Museen ist für jeden etwas dabei, aber Spaziergänge durch die Parks lohnen sich genauso, wie eine Free Walking Tour durch die Altstadt. Zu empfehlen ist auch ein Ausflug zum Botanischen Garten der Universität und eine Tour mit der U Bahn. Die Stationen sind mit unterschiedlichen Designs ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch Konzertkarten für Billie Eilish in der Avicii Arena…sehr gute Akustik und zu empfehlen. Da am letzten Tag die Sonne raus kam, haben wir eine kleine Wanderung im Nationalpark Tyresta unternommen…. Direkt um den See… es war traumhaft und rundete unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt perfekt ab.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert als Familie in Anders Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt an einem Naturreservat. Es ist ist sehr groß und die überdachte Terrasse macht es möglich auch bei schlechterem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Man braucht circa 30 Minuten mit Bus und Bahn bis in die Innenstadt. Wir konnten somit das Auto stehen lassen und haben es nur für Einkäufe benutzt, wobei ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir wurden mit einem Präsentkorb empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit Anders war sehr unkompliziert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Fahrzeug direkt am Haus mit einer Wallbox zu laden.

Our family of 5, two adults and three children ages 4, 6, and 14, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camilla and Henrik’s lovely home in Boo. We can’t say enough positive things about the space. It has everything a family could need or want both inside and out. It is also in very close proximity to a number a lovely places to swim, hike and explore as well as the ferry. The grocery store was also just around the corner. Camilla was very responsive and helpful as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (2 Kinder im Alter von 3 Jahren und 2 Kinder im alter von 7 Jahren) auf Urlaub in Stockholm. Das Haus war großartig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr viel Platz für die Kinder und es standen auch verschiedene Spielsachen im Haus zur Verfügung. Der Pool, Whirlpool und das Trampolin waren super. Die Küche ist sehr komfortabel und gut sortiert. Es ist alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gut organisiert. Es gibt viele Schlafmöglichkeiten und Badezimmer sowie Toiletten im Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in das Zentrum von Stockholm. Die Vermieterin hat sehr schnell, hilfreich und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Danke für den perfekten Urlaub.
