Bed sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Newly renovated studio apartment in very centrally located townhouse. The apartment has its own private entrance. Parking for one car is included. Well-equipped kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and microwave. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. A bed cabinet with a comfortable 160 cm double bed. The sofa bed can be made into a 140 cm double bed. Underfloor heating in the room. 200 meters to the SL boat to Nybroplan and Allmänna Gränd (near Gröna Lund, Skansen, ABBA museum and the Vasa Museum). Close to buses to Slussen and bus 53 to Stockholm C/Arlanda Express.

The apartment is 40 sqm and offers high ceilings and a high cozy factor. Very central, 2 minutes to the bus and 1 km to the beach. The accommodation has a 140 bed, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, toilet with shower, kitchen and balcony as well as free parking. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. When you arrive: The bed is made with clean linens and clean towels and toilet paper for about two days are available. The accommodation is left cleaned but we empty the garbage and remove the bedding.

The bus station is a four minute walk from the apartment and the service is available 24 hours.

Warmly welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet area close to Stockholm. In walking distance there is both lake and sea, nice nature, a good restaurant (The Old Smokehouse) and a grocery store. Great communications to Stockholm. The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes 20–30 minutes to get to and from Slussen. We are a Swedish-French family who also speaks German and English.
