Small apartment -own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV and its own toilet. A spa with a jacuzzi, sauna heated with wood, and relax. Shared recreation room for yoga, with a ping pong table and laundry. The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime.
