Vacation rentals in Mystic, Stonington

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

Great place! Walkable to great restaurants, bars and shops. Easy to find, get in and cozy. Lynsey was responsive and had good recommendations.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. This charming home has so much character and is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. The location couldn't be better - just a quick walk to all the attractions in Mystic. Andrea was an amazing host who clearly takes pride in her property - the place was spotlessly clean and she made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay.

Lisa’s house was just as described. Very nice and spacious it’s lots of amenities. Check in was very easy and Lisa communicated throughout the whole trip. Thank you! Would love to stay again at some point.

Hope was hands down the most communicative and thoughtful homeowner I've ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. She had every possible concern already considered and ready to address, and she was extremely understanding of case-by-case needs unique to the current guests. I will most likely be finding time to stay at Hope's property again, as she was caring from start to end, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable property to spend one-or many- nights at. Just the right peaceful off-season spot with nice local walks, very tidy & comfy, and much nicer price point than most of the coastal RI offerings.

We'd been looking forward to coming back to The Recycle House since we first stayed there in 2022. Safe to say it was just as we remembered it...great house, great location, wonderful community. Looking forwarded to returning.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Our family opted for a trip to New London to reconnect with our family for Thanksgiving. We were able to utilize the beautiful dining room for our dinner . We loved staying at Rosa’s place and were very comfortable . Just a note - there is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor ( as are all the bedrooms) We made this work but can be difficult with a larger family . It would definitely not deter me from booking again! This place was beautiful. The surrounding area and ease of access was comforting ! Would definitely stay here again .

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

The home exceeded our expectations! We had a long drive from (Pennsylvania to Massachusetts) and were able to find the home and make a nice dinner soon after arrival. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, making our next day so much more pleasant. The location is quiet and private, and the home itself is beautiful. I would love to stay there again when we make another journey in the future. Martin was always helpful and available.

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

Perfect location and beach access is excellent. Plenty of space for a big family to stay and sleep comfortably and have fun walking to beach, carousel and arcade every day.

Lovely house. Good hosts. Our family has some significant mobility issues so some challenges (eg narrow stairs) but we were able to make it work and everyone wants to come back.

We had a great weekend at Mary’s. The apartment felt cozy and was well stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks. Would love to stay again if I’m ever back in Westerly!

The place was beautiful and spacious. It was clean, charming and nicely decorated. There was plenty of street parking. There were maps and restaurant suggestions for the area provided. The stairs are steep but not a problem if you do not have mobility issues. David clearly states this in his listing as well. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it.

Quiet and spacious accommodations. Very comfortable bed. Conveniently located within walking distance of train station and downtown Mystic. Geoff was also very accommodating, when I needed to reschedule my stay due to inclement weather that affected my travel plans.
