Monthly Rentals in Mystic Harbor

I rented Debbie and Paul’s place for a birthday weekend getaway with friends and we had a BLAST! Pictures don’t do it justice - every inch of the cottage is thoughtfully decorated with the most unique and eye-catching nautical decor, most of which are antiques. We really appreciated learning the history of the home and Capt. Burrows as it made our stay feel more experiential rather than just a place to rest our heads. Debbie was able to get us checked in earlier than anticipated. Upon opening the front door, we were greeted by jazz music playing over the google speaker, a freshly baked pie, and handwritten note from our hosts. The cottage was spotless, bedrooms had bottled waters next to the bed waiting for us, plus toiletries in the bathroom for our use. One night during our stay, we cooked a family-style dinner and even the kitchen had more than enough supplies, appliances, dishware, etc. Needless to say, our group was BLOW AWAY! Debbie and Paul could not have been better hosts!

This was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the sunset and sunrise since the entire boat is surrounded by glass. The serene surroundings added to the peaceful ambiance. The tranquility of the location made the perfect getaway. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing stay with incredible views, we highly recommend.

I can’t express enough how wonderful and memorable our stay was! Description and check in were not only exactly as advertised, but very clear and easy to follow. Lisa proactively reached out morning of check in with detailed instructions that left me with no questions. My son, (who is a couple months under 2), settled right in without hesitation- he didn’t want to leave ! A beautiful, peaceful, safe, clean space and property that was not only affordable, but cozy for us. This kid LOVED the train going by and looking for birds in the yard space. Great location in terms of short drive to the aquarium, museum and walking to downtown mystic with stroller. Already looking forward to planning our next visit
