Family-friendly vacation rentals in Myrtle Grove

The beach house was clean and nicely furnished. We had ample room for seven adults. It could comfortably sleep 9 people since the day bed was large enough for an adult in the alcove area. We were disappointed that the bicycles and the kayaks at the house were locked and we could not use them. But we enjoyed the sound with the beautiful sunsets and the beach was a short walk from the house. All in all a great house and vacation!

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful view from the porch. Our family had a great stay. The condo is a little dated but for the location doesn’t matter all that much.

Exceptional customer service! When our coffee maker quit working one morning, they replaced it within the hour. They were very responsive to any questions or requests. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We will definitely use Bryant Real Estate for our next trip.

We are in the restaurant business and love to cook! The kitchen is the best part of the house! Fully equipped, better than any homes we have rented! The location is fabulous. Seconds from campus which was key because we were visiting our daughter who goes to UNCW… Thanks again for a wonderful trip to Wilmington.

Katherine was the best host. Her accommodations were darling and stocked with thoughtful details like wine, coffee and snacks. She offered extensive suggestions for local restaurants and things to do . She was friendly, welcoming and proactive. We would absolutely stay here again and will tell our friends.

We have visited Robs place several times and we enjoy staying there..It is clean and out the back door, you are at the beach..Close to restaurants..Rob is a great host..We will be making reservations again soon..We definitely recommend staying there..

This is best stay I’ve had at an Airbnb. Comfortable, quiet, safe for traveling alone, and hosts were just the best. Goldie the cat , who would’ve stayed out my way had I not enticed him with scritches and a few treats, was an added bonus for me. I booked a second consecutive week!

My two friends and I decided to come here for our friend vacation and we made the perfect choice! This place is so cool and cute, very clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive and nice. The trailer is in a great location close to basically everything. The price was great and affordable too! Thank you so much, we had a blast and will definitely visit again in the future!! :)

Kevin was an amazing host! The house was spacious and beautiful. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Close to Kure beach and the southern part of Carolina beach. Right down the street from the tiki bar!

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

Very unique space. I was a firefighter for over 30 years, and it was really cool to see how they had renovated the space. Our favorite feature were the large picture windows across the front of the building. You could sit there and watch the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. It’s close to everything, by car or on foot and the neighborhood is filled with a variety of restaurants and shops.

Our stay was great. Great location and views. The host checked in often and was informative. We will be back one day!

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Great place and Amanda was very responsive. Unfortunately, my car was towed, but it was completely my fault. DO NOT FORGET THE PARKING PASS. I told Amanda afterwards, a good idea would be to put a sign inside reminding guests to make sure the pass is displayed and she did! It is easy to forget when you are in and out over several days. Close to the Carolina beach boardwalk and plenty of things to do! Nice beach umbrella and chairs, etc came in really handy!!

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

We had the most AMAZING stay at John and Katie’s place. The bedrooms were spotless absolutely beautiful big bedrooms. The living area was so cozy and comfortable for the five of us. It really is only a mile from the beach and the pool in the neighborhood was wonderful. The best part of the stay was having hosts that were so responsive. Initially we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning but John and Katie had an HVAC technician to the place in less than 20 minutes and it turned out the breaker was just tripped. I would give this 10 stars if I could and recommend this Airbnb to everyone who is staying in Wilmington. We will be back. Thank you John and Katie!!!!

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

We loved this place so much last year, we came back again this year! Updates were made with the sofa and some of the bedroom furniture. Walking in just felt like home away from home. It was so clean when we got there, even my 5 year old noticed that the sofa smelled like it had just been deep cleaned. The beds are soft and comfy, perfect for resting after a long day in the sunshine. You are close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away that you cannot hear the noise all night. I love Thursday night fireworks on the beach during the summer months. Stefan and Katie’s place is exactly as pictured and described. They have communicated with us during both stays quickly and efficiently. We love this place! We will definitely be back if you’ll have us again!
