Monthly Rentals in Mutterstadt

I cannot say enough good things about Inge as a host and the place itself. Inge is friendly and helpful and made us feel at home from the start. Never intrusive but always available if needed. And the place was possibly the cleanest we've ever stayed in. plenty of towels and linens and pillows. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice shower. And most importantly, a very well stocked kitchen. Step outside and the garden is beautiful with a big pond. There is a lake with a path around it for walking and a grocery store just 800m away. We had an incredibly wonderful 75 day stay. Inge and her whole family were wonderful.

I was very lucky to rent an apartment from Christian and highly recommend this experience. Already upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed and brought to the apartment. Christian is an extremely friendly and helpful landlord who always responds to messages quickly and reliably. No matter what issue I had – Christian was always there for me with advice and action and always found a solution. His caring nature and commitment made my stay very comfortable. Everything in the apartment was well prepared, and I felt comfortable from the first day. I can fully recommend Christian as a landlord and thank him very much for this great experience. Simply perfect!

I stayed at Phillip's place for 4 nights. We didn't miss anything during this time. You also have to emphasize the cleanliness in the apartment very positively. We felt comfortable and from the location we were able to reach everything easily by public transport. So a good location for excursions in the area
