The apartment sleeps up to 12 people (13 people on request). 6 luxury rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, billiard room. Huge living room with modern open kitchen, huge sitting ensemble, huge table for 10 people. Very modern, great paintings and great interior design. BEDDING: Perfect condition for groups: There are 4 bedrooms (3 x queen size beds, 2 x single beds). BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms (bath tub and shower). very stylish STYLE: fantastic interior design, charming rooms, huge billiard room in the cellar. TECHNOLOGY: Wifi-connection, TV, DVD, Hifi system, radio, dish waher, washing machine, dryer, ipod docking station LOCATION: right at Helmholtzplatz, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants just in front of the door. There is also a huge playground, a green field, table tennis and a basketball court.

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.
