Really nice place! It’s private and quiet, felt home right away. The apartment is located at the top floor so you have a really nice and the windows are big. The furniture looks really good and clean. The host is great and respond right away. The only thing is that the building has no elevator and it’s located on the 5th floor but it was no big deal for me, definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Berlin, and the apartment played a significant role in shaping our wonderful experience. It was bright, warm, clean, spacious, and ideally located. Communicating with Sarah was an absolute pleasure—she was accommodating and responsive to all our additional requests. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah as a host and would be delighted to stay here again in the future!

The apartment is great. But what's even better is the host. Jen is very kind and helped me a lot on planning my visit through Berlin with places to go and public transport recommendations.

Kai's place is amazing!! The location is extremely walkable, there are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute radius, and public transportation is nearby. We had a wonderful stay and Kai was extremely helpful and considerate! We would love to stay again in the future!

I had an incredible experience staying in Nadine's home! The communication was top-notch and the apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, spacious and with a lot of plants🪴 making it even more beautiful! We spent a week with our two children in the apartment of Arzu and Tom and felt completely comfortable. The two of them provided us with all the important information before arrival and informed us about the exact procedure. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and received the last tips, including tips for the physical well-being in the area. The apartment is equipped with all the important utensils and also with great children's books, which our youngest devoured directly. Typical old building with beautiful wooden floorboards - accordingly it sometimes squeaks and you can hear the neighbors. City location with normal traffic noise. The Sprengelkiez offers some restaurants, bars and cafes where you can spend your time wonderfully and it is not as crowded as other neighborhoods. The connection to public transport is very good (subway 3 minutes, bus 2 minutes on foot) We will be happy to come back!

Philips place was way more than I expected. It was bigger and more beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood is fantastic - the coop is across the street and the place so central to everything but also feels quiet and peaceful. The apartment has an incredible relationship to the back garden so you feel as if you are staying out of doors. The sounds of nature are right there. I loved the spare ness of the architecture and truly appreciated phillips generous communication.

Cornelius is a super dedicated host! He responds quickly and proactively communicates things that may be overlooked in a description. Super accommodating and the price-performance ratio is right from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

Matthias was exceptionally brilliant at communication and the apartment is superb. The balcony is a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing or to start the day with breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice. Despite its central location and a residential street with bars and shops, it was very quiet. The nearest subway station is within walking distance and easily accessible. In the parking garage nearby you can park your car for several days for relatively little money. Simon responded very quickly to problems and was very friendly. We had a very large roof terrace, here more comfortable chairs might be appropriate, but you can also put the kitchen chairs outside. We would definitely book again 👍👍👍👍

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Lora’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The apartment is beautifully decorated-straight out of a Pinterest board! It had all the necessary amenities and a lovely balcony with a sunset view. Lora even made us some homemade granola, which was delicious! The location is very good - there are underground stations close-by so it was very quick and easy to get to more central locations for sightseeing etc. (10-15mins max). I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!:)

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Daniel was quick to respond and even if there was a problem, a quick response came. Are super nice and friendly, accommodation is completely sufficient for a few days. Connections to the bus and train are at least a 20-minute walk away, but it is nicely located in quiet. Can only recommend this apartment.
