Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.

Cute, as good as new attic apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean and directly on the quietly rippling brook in an absolutely quiet little alley... quite wonderful to slow down for a few days at the magnificent Staffelsee. We felt right at home! Ms. Hahn is a very nice and helpful host - we will be happy to come back ;-)

There were two of us in Murnau and we had very pleasant days in Doris' beautifully equipped and totally quiet apartment, which is surrounded by lovingly maintained terrace greenery. Coffee and tea are generously provided. If something has been forgotten, it is worth checking, because many things are ready. The center is close and Murnau is the perfect starting point for bike tours. The real highlight is the cosmopolitan and cheerful Doris, who welcomed us warmly and said goodbye warmly. We are determined to come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful time!

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We found exactly what we wanted and more on this vacation. THANKS Georg and Gisela for the wonderful time at your place! Greetings from Lisa, Robert and Evi. :-)
