Beautiful apartment: Quiet location, right on the Ach

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. Our approx. 40 sqm apartment for 2 people is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance near the Froschhauser See in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house there is a small hobby farm - with chickens, a sweet rooster, 3 donkeys, sheep and a cat. There is a private parking space right by the house.

This lovely accommodation has a wonderful, unobstructed view of the park-like garden and the ducal estate and the Zugspitze. The bright dining room is cozy and separated from the small kitchen. The bedroom has one double feng shui bed, as well as an additional single bed separated by a curtain. The small shower room is modern and tastefully decorated. There is also a cozy, sheltered loggia accessible from the outside, where you can sit and eat.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
