Vacation rentals with lake access in Murlo

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “l’alloro” per cinque giorni (quattro notti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Il luogo è riparato e molto tranquillo. L’abitazione è confortevole e pulita. Con noi c’era il nostro cane di taglia grande e non abbiamo trovato difficoltà. Nei paraggi c’è il lago dell’Accesa, molto comodo, ma in ogni caso non eravamo troppo distanti dalle spiagge di Follonica. Un’ottima esperienza.

Cercavo un luogo tranquillo per poter visitare i dintorni e la sera riposare, il posto è eccezionale e offre un panorama stupendo. I proprietari sono molto amichevoli e simpatici e hanno reso il soggiorno qualcosa di speciale, grazie di tutto.

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family! The property is spectacular, with all of the amenities one might need and lots of charm. Andrea is an exemplary host. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful house, its' privacy, amazing landscape, comfortable swimming pool, and the warm hospitality.

Silvia Haus in der Toskana war ein absoluter Traum – liebevoll eingerichtet, top gepflegt und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügel. Die Ruhe, die Natur und die einzigartige Umgebung machen den Ort zu einer echten Oase. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Garten, der Naturpool und die authentische Atmosphäre des Hauses. Silvia und ihre Familie waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Traumhafte Lage, großzügiges Grundstück, gemütliches Haus. Genau richtig zum Entspannen. Am Wochenende gibt es Musik in der Bar am Strand - das geht auch mal bis nach Mitternacht. Silvia ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Excelente lugar! Matteo muy amable nos explicó por video como llegar al apartamento. Disfrutamos un montón los días que estuvimos allí. La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de una plaza y a 5/10 min caminando del lago. Lindo lugar para descansar realmente. Recomendado visitar el castillo arriba de la montaña.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Salvatores place. The surroundings were amazing, and we appreciated the pool very much (especially the children aged 3 and 6). This is an idyllic and peaceful location. It was easy to get to beautiful small towns and also beaches by car. We went on a day trip to Elba, which was great. There is also an amunsement park only 20 minute drive from the apartment, Cavallino Matto, which the kids loved. We went twice. :) The outdoor area outside the apartment was lovely, and we had most our meals here. Thank you for a wonderful Italian vacation, Salvatore.

Monolocale con parcheggio e giardino privato, a 5 mt dal lago. Ha tutto l'essenziale per farti sentire a casa e anche qualche accortezza in più come lo stendino e il phono, i saponi in bagno e cucina, e non trascurabile delle bottigliette di acqua in frigo. Host simpatici e professionali. Grazie mille di averci ospitato.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre gentile, disponibile e alla mano, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a due passi dal lago in un’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren zu Zweit mit einem Hund auf einer Rundreise und haben spontan bei Mery gebucht. Mery hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und war sehr bemüht, so dass man sich gleich willkommen fühlte. Sie stand uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten oder hat uns mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Wunderbar war der Pool, den wir mit der Aussicht sehr genossen haben.

Thoroughly enjoyed bbq-ing at the picnic table in the private garden with view of Montelpuciano Lake and striking ever-changing color sunsets, while our dog happily pranced on the daisy covered grass. The place was better in person than in the website photos, clean and very cozy. It has complete kitchen utensils, a cabinet full of variety of wine glasses, and nice the pellet fireplace. We appreciate Susi's generosity and attention to details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and olive oil from her garden. She was quick in responding and provided good info for nearby attractions. Susi is so cheerful and caring. This made our 17 day stay there a warm and wonderful experience. And oh... our dog loooovvvveees her too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great romantic place for quiet and relaxation.

Wir haben die schöne Unterkunft und den großen, grünen Außenbereich sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist umwerfend und man kann ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Die Casetta ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Utensilien, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Frühstück oder Mittagessen haben wir immer gern auf der angrenzenden Terrasse unter dem schönen Blauregen genossen. Man sollte Essen allerdings nicht offen herumstehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Im nicht weit entfernten Dorf hat man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurantoptionen, und auch andere Orte sind gut und schnell erreichbar durch die nahe Anbindung zur Autobahn. Ein Höhepunkt des Urlaubs war Luigiana, die uns nicht nur sehr herzlich bei unserer Ankunft empfing, sondern während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer erreichbar war. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte. Außerdem hat sie sehr leckeres Olivenöl. Danke für alles!

Magdalena’s Airbnb was beautiful, it felt like it belonged in a movie! She was great from the moment we booked, giving us lots of recommendations for the area. Her house is a main floor, a basement, and a loft. The loft is nice with 2 single beds and a walk in bathroom with what looked like a new shower. The main floor is a dinning room with plenty of room and a comfortable couch. Then you walk into the kitchen which has everything you could possibly need! After walking through the kitchen there are stairs to go into the basement. Those stairs are steep however, there are double doors that lead into the bedroom in the basement so you don’t have to use them. The basement is very nice as well with a laundry room and another bathroom with a shower. There is AC in every room however, the downstairs stays cool enough that you don’t really need it. There is a washer for use if you pay 5 euros, we used it once and it worked well. This was a 10/10 stay for us! Book it, you won’t regret it!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

A wonderful, peaceful place to spend your vacation when you want to rest and get away from the city. Beautiful surroundings, lots of outdoor sitting space, truly magical. Also a great place for daily trips to Tuscan towns. Highly recommend ☺️

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casina è molto carina e ben tenuta, con tutto il necessario sia per un soggiorno breve che per soggiorni più lunghi. La posizione è estremamente tranquilla, lontana da rumori e traffico. È comunque semplice raggiungere in auto tutti i servizi di cui si può necessitare. Molto consigliato per chi amo gli animali e per chi ne possiede, i nostri cani sarebbero rimasti molto volentieri lì.

We stayed at the wonderful Fontanaro villa in the village of Paciano, and it was truly a soul-refreshing experience. Lucia is an incredibly caring host, and Pam, who looked after our stay, was a real treasure. She not only provided excellent recommendations on places to visit but also took care of reservations, ensuring we had nothing to worry about. This was not just an ordinary stay; it was a unique experience. We had the opportunity to participate in an olive oil tasting and a cooking class—both activities left an indelible impression. The villa we stayed in was not only stunningly beautiful but also boasted an impressive wine cellar with an extraordinary collection. Overall, our stay at Fontanaro villa exceeded all expectations. It was more than just accommodation—it was an experience we will never forget.
