This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This peaceful accommodation 2 hours from Paris, located in the heart of a natural jewel of Burgundy, the Bertranges Forest, will offer you a relaxing stay in the countryside with family or friends during which you will have a good chance of being able to observe forest animals. In addition to its exceptional environment, you will find nearby the towns of La Charité-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Nevers, various wine hillsides or the Loire.

A charming home in the heart of Burgundy!

The cottage is an old house completely renovated with taste, highlighting the original materials: exposed beams and stones, stone floor and terracotta. It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.

Just 2 hours from Paris and a few minutes from Nevers and the Charité sur Loire, the house enjoys exceptional views. It offers 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with its own bathroom and a family suite with its own bathroom. Guests will also enjoy a living-dining room, large kitchen and TV lounge. In summer, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace, garden and secure swimming pool open from May to September depending on the weather.

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
