A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Superb accommodation, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was smooth! To be redone

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

We were very warmly welcomed by Thomas and his wife! The house is very cozy and you immediately feel comfortable!The two bedrooms next to each other are a little noisy, if you are sensitive, you should know that!The kitchen is superbly equipped and the highlight is truly the outdoor area, an oasis of tranquility, wonderfully green, the beautiful trees, simply a dream, we enjoyed it very much...In addition, everything is very clean, nice beds and linens, we would come back anytime! We had a pleasant stay! Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Daniel our host was so helpful and made our stay very special. The kitchen is great to cook in and accommodates many chefs. Very relaxing and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with three children under three! The outside area is beautiful. The pool provided lots of amusement, there was everything we needed with travel cots, a high chair and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need! The location is lovely - a safe residential area in walking distance to bakeries and the park. As well as plenty to do within a short drive.

Christelle is a kind, caring and responsive host. We had a great vacation in his lovely home. Our son's shaded garden and pool made our son happy. Just like the cats and the rabbit living outside that we had the pleasure of feeding during our stay. We particularly appreciated: the location of the house that allowed us to shine in the area, varying activities every day, and the fact that the house is air-conditioned given the summer heat.

We had a great time in Avignon! The house is very nice and very spacious! We really enjoyed the different terraces, the pool area is great (too bad it's not heated). The exteriors are shaded and varied, but the land is sloping (to be taken into account with a baby who has just discovered walking). Children's games including the perched wooden hut are very enjoyable! A big thank you to Maxime for his warm welcome and for the flexibility of the check-in and checkout times. We would highly recommend!!!

The house was clean, spacious, in a quiet area and conducive to rest. We enjoyed the pool and the large living space! Also convenient by car for getaways in the city center of Montpellier or even close to the beaches. We had a lovely stay at Audrey's.
