Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The beautiful holiday home is suitable for 1 – 8 people and presents itself with very high-quality amenities on 190 m². The large glass fronts make the house particularly spacious and open. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony. An equally fantastic mountain view can be enjoyed from the eastern and western terraces. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa and electric fireplace as well as a large dining area with a luxurious kitchen with cooking island.

In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available to you. Guests especially appreciate the nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Towels/linens/coffee capsules INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! The beds have been upgraded with high-quality mattresses. A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight. In summer, the spacious panoramic terrace invites you to grill.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
