The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.
