Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

On top of a mountain ridge called Eybarithoux at 1200 meters altitude, you will hear nothing but birds and the cowbells in the distance. The house was completely renovated from the end of 2021 to July 2022 and has all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, stylish and luxuriously furnished, comfortable box spring beds and fast WiFi. On Eybarithoux, you will completely relax.

Cozy house with a view

The Annex is located 10 minutes from Murat, 20 minutes from the slopes. Its south/east exposure allows the sun to quickly enter the house and provide incomparable brightness. Parking is easy, in summer and winter, with a closed garage. Here you will find calm and relaxation, surrounded by nature in the middle of the meadows, the terrace of the house will allow you to enjoy sunsets over the Cézallier and the passage of deer and other animals. Nature and hiking lovers will enjoy magnificent landscapes. We welcome riders and their horses (in paddock) The one-story, comfortable and welcoming house is made for a pleasant stay. You can shop in Blesle, located 9 km away.

House of character located in the heart of Murat, in the heart of the Cantal mountains; A real haven of peace. It offers access to all amenities and local shops: bakery, butcher shop, bar, restaurant, supermarket. The house is located 8 km from the Lioran resort (15 min by car with shuttle option) and 5 min from Murat train station. Linens are not provided. Possibility to rent linens and towels at extra cost. Pets not allowed.

The house is composed on the 1st floor of a living room with sofa bed, 1 dining room, 1 small equipped kitchen and on the 2nd floor of 2 bedrooms each with double bed including 1 queen size, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Closed room for bicycles and skis.
