Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Beautiful old house renovated in the old center of Murat with all shops 2 steps away. Mountain biking, blueberry picking, fishing and all mountain activities. The house consists of a living room with sofa bed, 1 dining room, 1 small equipped kitchen on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms each with double bed, including 1 queen size, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet on the 2nd floor. Closed room for bicycles and skis. Possibility of additional studio for 2 people on the ground floor.

The Hameau de la Peyre St Dolus, near St Projet de Salers, is 950 m above sea level, facing south and includes a dozen houses characteristic of Cantal architecture. We will welcome you from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m.
