Very nice, clean apartment, centrally located with magnificent views of Locarno and the lake. Very nice reception and support on site by Katia.

We were able to enjoy our stay very much. Everything was available and the way to the lake and the center was short and with little traffic. The bus stop almost in front of the house was also pleasant. Many possibilities, also by public transport, to explore the surrounding area. Great!!!

The views are absolutely incredible!!! It is also very quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you, Sandra!

Mariannes property has an outstanding view, is located centrally to the lake, cafes and restaurants. The parking garage is a bonus. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Davide's apartment is perfect for a family of 3-4 people. It is well furnished, bright, and equipped with every comfort. It is also located in a quiet area, but at the same time close to the center, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Locarno. We felt at home. We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was me, my wife, and our 3-year-old daughter, and the place was absolutely perfect for our little family. The apartment was clean, cozy, and very well equipped, with a beautiful garden that our daughter loved playing in. The location was ideal — peaceful and relaxing, yet very convenient. We were close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery and just a short walk to the lake and short drive to the stunning valleys, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in a great location. We’d love to come back again someday!

We had a great stay! Check-in was super easy and straightforward, which allowed us to have a stress-free start right away. The apartment was very clean and well maintained – you immediately felt comfortable. We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: In a few steps you are directly on the promenade. A big plus was also the parking lot right next to the apartment. Communication with the hosts was quick and friendly. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming at the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Glad to come back!

The apartment was in the perfect location with a view over the lake spanning a full 180 degrees. We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony and by the pool as it was so hot whilst we were there. Thanks Luisa for everything and being such a welcoming host. Cheers Paul, Sonje and Liam.

Fantastic apartment, view, swimming pool and communication throughout. We really enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very kind and allowed us to check out late so the kids could have a swim before we headed home!

The place is so great, quiet and undisturbed as a corner apartment with a great terrace and small lawn. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Rebecca was always quick to reach and the welcome package with a few groceries was very thoughtful and kind of her. It was an extremely relaxing vacation with baby and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Valentina's apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic. We were there in early June and it was really quiet at night, you could sleep with the windows open. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space would be helpful, but you read in the description that there is no parking space and no air conditioning, so you know in advance. We would come back, for us it was the perfect, small apartment! 💖 Thanks Valentina! 🥰

The apartment is ideal for two persons – very cozy and clean, with a beautiful lake view. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Particularly practical is the nearby bus stop: so we could just leave the car and take many excursions comfortably by bus. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Comfortable, quiet studio, well located for getting around by public transport, you can cook comfortably, with a beautiful balcony overlooking an internal garden where you can see the lake between the trees and hear the birds.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spent an amazing couple of days at this place! Really pleased with Monica’s communication and helpfulness. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafes were great and the house was very clean. 100% recommended!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
