Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

Composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, washing machine, dryer, internet... linens can be provided with a supplement. Cleaning is your responsibility. A deposit check of 80 euros will be requested and returned after checking the cleanliness of the house. Close to Laussac peninsula, equestrian center and all amenities (crossroads,bakery, doctor...)

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
