This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or to the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). Our small farm in the Emmental at 1000 meters altitude, with magnificent views of the mountains, offers a 3 ½ vacation apartment. Here you can stay, experience and relax. The children can watch the animals, move around on the farm and help during chores. Or they can experience from here, the beautiful nature with hiking and bike routes. The apartment offers a nice sitting area with wooden cheminee and play area for the children.

Studio with views of the valley and mountains. The cozily furnished apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the seating area and parking. In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.

In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
