Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Farm community in an old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. On a tour of the farm, there is plenty to discover, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for vegetable cultivation, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and last but not least our chicken flock. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other vacation rentals.

The house is in a quiet location below the castle ruins Bodenlaube close to forest and meadow. In a few minutes, you are in the World Heritage City of Bad Kissingen. A bus stop is very close below. City tax is exclusive.

The apartment is also suitable for a short break. The 1-room apartment can be reached via a small lawn and is located with its own entrance in a quiet, scenic residential area. The apartment consists of a large sofa bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Bad Kissingen, Bad Neustadt and the Rhön are nearby, as well as bike paths and hiking trails in nature.
