The apartment is from 2019, and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with a combined washing machine and dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms equipped with 140 and 90 cm wide beds, respectively, with plenty of space to bring inflatable mattresses. The apartment is 100 meters away from the bus stop Ingemann Torps vei, where it takes about 10 minutes to take the bus to Midtbyen.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Welcome to my house! In my basement with private entrance door I offer a cosy studio flat of 35 m2 with a bed for two persons. Coach, small table and TV, bathroom. Here is a kitchen with a fridge, micro, kettle, it’s possible to make cofee/tea. Very close to the old town "Bakklandet" - nice to walk around the area. A lot of nice places to have a drink and dinner.Also very close to the Cathedral. You will love my place because of the location. The flat is nice for couples, friends and business.

The apartment has a separate entrance right from the street.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
