If you want to experience life in a traditional Swedish home a few kilometers from the coast of Bohuslän and the engravings of Tanum, then do not miss this gem that awaits you at the end of the road (be careful to follow the instructions so you don't have to go wrong). In addition to the warm and child-friendly environment, you will certainly receive the visit of Hektor the cat who will pick up some pets. We will keep the memory of our time in this house without which our journey to Sweden would not have been so successful.

It was very nice at Olle's. Very quiet and nice area. The house was very well equipped. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful house, so many lovely details, gorgeous kitchen with everything needed and the outside with the pool and the hotpot, best. Our son and we loved it. Supermarket only three minutes by car. It is so quite.

What a dream place Jens and Annika have! We were greeted by a personal, handwritten welcome letter, crafted bubble glasses, and a bottle of cider New Year's holiday in honor. We felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed the fact that we went over the doorstep. Here was very easy to relax and feel comfortable, even at home. The decor was 100% a red old cottage and everything was very tasteful. Very nice bedrooms and cozy common areas. Large and lovely dining table and a nice terrace at the back. We really have nothing to complain about and would love to come back sometime!

Great place to stay, good location to visit things on the west coast (train station less than 10 min walk from the house, many nice places reachable within 30 min by car). Excellent house when traveling with kids/babies (many games, trampoline, sandbox, …). 2 comfortable double bedrooms + 1 bedroom for kids. Cecilia was really reactive when we had questions and provided useful information about the activities to do in the area! We strongly recommend this house!

We had a super nice week at the lake house! Thank you, Maria & Klaus for this great holiday and the very good contact during the stay! The house is very lovingly decorated and very well equipped, for any weather the house/property offers something, so it can only get bored with a lot of effort. :-) The lake is really great, whether canoeing/boating, fishing, swimming or other activities. Also the surroundings are stunningly beautiful and anything but boring. There are many attractions in the area... from Ritzungen in rock walls, great hiking trails, nature reserves, the beautiful archipelago coast and waterfalls are all there. Shopping and refueling can be done 10 minutes away - yet you have the feeling of being "far away" and "in peace" in the house, which means that it is located right on the lake and a little deeper, which we really loved! We don't have any negative points, and can really highly recommend this place.

Very cozy house with lake view in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to spend the Christmas days here away from the hustle and bustle of two. Resi received us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. The house has everything you need and we felt right at home. Only once there was a small problem with the heating, Thomas sent Bernd over to help us solve this directly. Thanks again! In the area there are some varied hiking areas that are easy to reach. You can drive to the west coast for about an hour, as well as Vänern. Unfortunately, the week passed far too quickly, but we enjoyed it very much!

Incredibly charming cottage in a lovely, quiet and beautiful place. A little tufty and wildly close to the house but it is weighed up by the charm and unique location! Comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us adult and 3 kids and 2 dachshunds (who would have loved to explore the fields even more) Maybe good to highlight the hunting week celebration more in the listing?
