As well as three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens and bath towels can be rented if desired. Cleaning is not included. Please leave it in the same condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Beautifully located by a sparkling lake on a headland with water in three directions, this spacious house offers a unique combination of nature and convenience. The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with its own floating jetty provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly plot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 5 is a separate guest house.

On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

Beautiful view with approx. 30 meters to the swimming area from the jetty. The cabin is well equipped with 3 good double beds (bedding is provided). Possibility to borrow a canoe and a small rowboat. Good fishing opportunities, especially for Görs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor store). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp commercial center.

The popular swimming area Saltkällan is only 5 km away, and all the gems of the coast, such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad, are 40 km away, making it a perfect starting point for many nice excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.
