My stay in the apartment was excellent. Everything is exactly as shown in the description and photos, a pleasant and very comfortable space, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. From the first contact, Humberto was very kind and attentive, always responding quickly to messages, considering the particular personal needs regarding check-in and check-out. Their willingness to ensure my well-being made a big difference. I am very grateful to Humberto, I would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

The apartment was spotless! Just like in the pictures, everything clean and organized. The location is excellent, on the beach side, with markets nearby, and with easy access to public transportation. Trini was a wonderful host! Always available and responding super fast. As our flight arrived at dawn, she took care to leave a light meal to welcome us (a gesture that made all the difference and made us feel very welcome). We highly recommend it!

This was my second time staying at Santiago’s place and it was like the first time amazing! His so far the only host that thinks of your every need and has it all. Everything is very close from a 2 min walk to the grocery store, to a fabulous German bakery and a lovely cafe called Pecas. The beach and board walk is close. If you want to take photos with the Montevideo letters it’s less than a 5 min walk. Overall I highly recommend Santiago’s place you won’t be disappointed!!!
