Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. The Apple Tallet, cosy barn with a great view

A converted barn, recently refurbished, it is located to the back of our home but in no way connected. Perfect location for a guest going to a wedding at Bredenbury Court or Crumpleberry. (10 mins drive to either) We have outdoor seating at the front of the Apple Tallet to enjoy a cuppa in the morning. We have parking for 2 cars only. "The Barn" is a first floor apartment offering high quality accommodation for up to 4 guests. Situated on a working farm in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside with views to the Malvern Hills around to the Black Mountains. The Barn, is directly above "The Barn Too" (suitable for 2 guests) and can be booked separately.
