Monthly Rentals in Mundai

I felt like I was at home. Clean, perfumed house, all impeccable... The host helped us in everything we need, a responsible person, a very communicative person, a person of respect and commitment. When you get a chance to return to the city, I'm sure this is going to be my favorite place to stay!

Thainan was always very attentive, he was super flexible for my check-in and check-out. It had a wonderful welcome kit, good for those who arrive tired. The location is excellent. Not as noisy as downtown, not as calm as Coroa Vermelha. I missed having a supermarket nearby, but we solved everything with Uber, easily. The only thing that was really missing was a microwave, as I went with a baby, I cooked some things for him and the microwave would have made it easier. We'll warm it up in the available pots. The rest: 10/10. We'll be back for sure!

This is my second time staying here and just like last time was wonderful, I really like the apartment and the hostess is also very helpful. I will return again and again for sure ❤️

Very well furnished and organized house. Nice view of the sea, which is about a km from the house, very close to the beach.. Very good sound system, but you need to change the control battery otherwise you won't access Bluetooth.. Electric oven Tb is not working, but the Air fryer and microwave solved it for us.. Top pool, only the heating that I found weak. Very good beds, air-conditioning. I found the house to be great, I would rent it again and recommend it.
