The building is typical of Mulhouse, the studio is on the 4th floor without elevator access. Parking is easy and free on the street in front of the building. An equipped kitchen will allow you to cook with plates, pots, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and a double bed.

Museums and visiting the area are easy (Strasbourg..) Possibility to keep bikes in a closed room. Tram nearby, SNCF train station, TGV, and option to rent bikes. It is quite easy to reach the Vosges to hike and climb the peaks. Many golf courses in the 30 km area.

My house is modernly furnished and offers space for max 4 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
