The priory washhouse

In the heart of the Sarthe Perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a water town in Roman times, behind the church with its very special bell tower, is the washhouse of "the priory farm". This small building and its basin fed by a spring are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below are the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so we offer you a night "on the waterfront".

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.

In Moncé-en-Belin, close to the 24 Hours circuit, south of Le Mans, we welcome you all year round in the calm and charm of the Belinoise countryside. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. Our renovated farmhouse is in a great location. You can also book our small cottage on the same property.
