We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Sparberhof Exklusive" in Campo di Trens/Freienfeld impresses guests with its fantastic views. Suitable for large families, the 130 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Privacy is ensured by a connecting door that can be opened or closed as desired.
