All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (permanent sleeper). On your balcony you can end the day with a glass of wine. A personal parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the district Pieschen with supermarket, doner, baker, butcher etc.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. My place is close to Leipzig and Dresden, from Schlosshof Döben you have a great view of the Muldental. The cottage is located on the nature reserve "Döbener Wald", which invites you to take long walks. You'll love my place because of the beautiful cuisine, the old ambience, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids, big groups and furry friends (pets).
