Maybe not Heaven, but as close as it gets! A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage nestled in the heights of the Ozark Mountains. Very close, if not right in the middle of many trails, 4 wheeling (local rentals available) and beautiful destinations. The cabin is wood throughout, ceramic flooring, island bar, nice front deck with a fire pit and a gorgeous view. If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!

Just got back from a fun Memorial Day weekend. It rained the entire trip but we made the best of it. The party barn next to the house made getting outside and all being together so much easier. 100% recommend if you are planning a side by side trip to Arkansas. Very close to the trail system. Worked out exactly as we had hoped for our group. Thanks for having us!

This is our 2nd stay at Sally's place. We love the cozy, homey feel and the amazing yard for our dog. We were enjoying it so much we wanted to book another night but she already had a booking. Our loss. Perfectly clean with nice touches that make you feel right at home. We will book again and again when our travel plans allow!

I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

The bed was so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The décor was high-end but still welcoming. The Kurieg with the hot chocolate, for me, who doesn't drink coffee, was appreciated. I world definitely stay again if I were in the area. The neighborhood seemed well maintained.
